Request an appointment

Submitting this form does not confirm a booking — the practice will contact you to schedule your appointment. Please avoid sharing detailed medical information here; it can be discussed privately during your consultation.

Before you visit

Good to know before you book.

Do I need a referral?

You may book directly. If you belong to a medical aid, check whether your plan requires a GP referral for specialist consultations to be covered.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Any previous test results or biopsy reports, a list of medication and skincare products you currently use, and — if relevant — photos of how your condition looks during flares.

How do video consultations work?

After booking, you'll receive a secure video link and simple guidance for photographing your skin concern. The consultation itself follows the same structure as an in-practice visit.

Do you treat children?

Please contact the practice about your child's specific concern — common childhood conditions such as eczema are an important part of dermatology, and the practice will advise on the best arrangement for your child.
